Raw Material Inspection

Hongwtech's high grade wood powder coating technology and polymer modification technology can enhance the compatibility of the PE substrate with the wood powder
High Quality PE Raw Material Particles
High-quality PE particles, each particle does not have any impurities, defects, uniform texture, uniform particle density and fine.
Detect Wood Powder and Plastic Ash
We test the wood powder and plastic ash content of raw materials to evaluate material composition, verify formulation ratios, and ensure consistent quality and performance in WPC production.
Melt Flow Index Testing
We use a melt flow index tester to measure the melt flow rate of plastic raw materials under specified temperature and load conditions, ensuring consistent material quality, processing stability, and reliable WPC production.
Raw Material Density Testing
We use precision electronic densimeters to measure the density and specific gravity of raw materials, including HDPE particles and WPC compounds. This helps verify material consistency, ensure compliance with production specifications, and maintain stable product quality.
Production Process Inspection
WPC Dosing And Mixing Monitoring
Hongwtech uses an automated proportioning system to precisely control the ratios of raw materials and additives. Thorough and uniform mixing ensures consistent material composition, stable product strength, and uniform color across every batch.
Intelligent Granulation & Extrusion Control
Hongwtech automatically monitors temperature and pressure throughout the granulation and extrusion processes, preventing uneven heating, overheating, and air bubbles while ensuring wood flour moisture meets drying standards. Real-time extrusion monitoring minimizes product defects and dimensional variations, ensuring consistent WPC product shape, size, and quality.
Sanding, Brushing & Surface Finishing
After extrusion, boards go through water cooling, cutting, and shape setting before surface finishing. Sanding and brushing create a more natural wood look and reduce the plastic feel. Our workers repeatedly check each board’s internal cavities and surface to meet customer standards and prevent cracks, chipped edges, bubbles, and color differences.
Customized Packaging
We offer export-standard packaging options, including loose bundles and pallets, according to customer requirements to ensure safe transportation. During packing, our workers carry out a final inspection of every board to ensure it is defect-free and meets shipping standards.

Freeze-Thaw Resistance Testing
Hongwtech test WPC products under repeated freezing and thawing cycles to evaluate their resistance to temperature changes, cracking, deformation, and structural damage, ensuring reliable performance in cold climates.
